Bender Ring Company (Indiana, USA) runs benderringcompany.com. These are the terms for using the site and buying from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
What we sell
Rings hand-bent from vintage silverware. Each ring is one of a kind and is bent to the size you give us when you order. The metal is old and the work is done by hand, so small marks, wear and patina are normal and part of the ring. We do our best to show each ring accurately, but photos can look a little different from the real thing.
Ordering and your ring size
You type your US ring size (5 to 13, half sizes are fine) when you order. Please check your size first; our Sizing Guide shows how. If we have a question about your order we will email you. We can turn down or cancel an order, for example if a ring can't be made in your size; if we do, you get a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Wix Payments (credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is a flat $4.99 per order. If we can't ship your ring within 3 days of your order, we refund you in full.
Returns and refunds
If your ring isn't right, let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we'll refund you in full. Send us a message through the Contact page or email benderringcompany@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. If we can't ship your ring within 3 days of your order, or can't make it in your size, we refund you in full as well.
Wearing and caring for your ring
The rings are made from vintage silverplate flatware. Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing, and take the ring off before swimming, hot tubs or harsh cleaners. If you have a metal allergy or sensitive skin, please ask us before you order.
Using this site
The photos, text and logo on this site belong to Bender Ring Company. Please don't copy them for your own business without asking. Don't use the site to do anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works.
Limits on what we're responsible for
We stand behind our rings through the refund terms above. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses from using the site or our products, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. The terms that were posted when you ordered apply to that order.
