When you order: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number if you give it, the rings and sizes you ordered, and your order history. Payment is handled by Wix Payments and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.
When you send us a message: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you wrote.
When you browse: like most websites, our site, which runs on Wix, records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, and uses cookies to keep the cart working and to count visits.
How we use it
To make and ship your ring, and to email you about your order. To answer your messages. To keep the site running and see which pages people visit. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who else sees it
Wix, which hosts the site and store, and its payment partners, which process your payment. The postal service or carrier that delivers your ring gets your name and address. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are needed for the cart and checkout, and cookies from Wix that count visits. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart may not work without the essential ones.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes and bookkeeping. If you want to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email benderringcompany@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
